FAQs

  • The Love Blueprint is for people who are motivated to build a healthy, intentional relationship but feel stuck, tired, or unsure how to move forward in today’s dating landscape. It’s especially helpful if dating has started to feel confusing, discouraging, or repetitive.

  • This is NOT a good fit if you’re looking for quick fixes, scripts to manipulate attraction, or a purely passive experience. This cohort works best for people who are willing to reflect, practice, and apply what they learn.

  • To provide privacy and encourage accountability, your presence in the group matters. If you have to miss a session, we’ll catch you up with notes summaries and PDF’s when available. You’re also welcome to come to the office hours to ask questions.
Plan to commit to the group only if you can be there almost all the time. The group needs you to function its best.

  • Group coaching offers structure, momentum, and perspective. You learn not only from me, but from hearing questions, experiences, and insights from others who are navigating similar challenges. It’s efficient, supportive, and often more motivating than going it alone.

  • There is no formal Slack, Facebook group, or ongoing online community attached to this cohort. However, during live sessions, participants are welcome to use the chat to exchange contact information if they choose. It’s not uncommon for group members to organically create a group chat or stay in touch outside of sessions, but this is always optional and participant led.

  • No. You are always in control of what you share. Many people find that hearing others is just as valuable as speaking, and participation can look different for everyone.

  • Yes. While participation is encouraged, it’s important to be mindful of shared time and space. As a general guideline, participants should limit themselves to no more than three comments per hour. Questions or situations that apply only to you personally are best addressed during office hours or via email rather than in the group setting.

If a participant is routinely oversharing or unintentionally dominating the conversation, the host will reach out privately to bring awareness to it and help make simple adjustments. This ensures the group remains balanced, supportive, and valuable for everyone.

  • You are valuable, lovable, and worthy of pursuing connection exactly as you are right now. There is no prerequisite version of you that needs to exist before you begin dating intentionally.

That said, many people find that being part of this program naturally motivates positive changes across multiple areas of life. As clarity, confidence, and momentum build, participants often feel inspired to take better care of themselves, invest in personal growth, and show up as the kind of partner they hope to meet. Those changes tend to emerge organically, not from pressure or shame.

  • Yes. This is a private, closed cohort. Respect for privacy and confidentiality is a clear expectation so everyone can feel safe showing up honestly.

  • That is completely welcome here. The framework is flexible and designed to support a wide range of pacing, attachment styles, and approaches to connection.

  • Groups are intentionally small, typically 6 to 10 people, to allow for meaningful discussion, connection, and individual attention.

  • The program is designed to run for 10 consecutive weeks. If a holiday falls on our regular meeting day, we’ll skip that week and resume the following week. In the rare event that the host is ill or unable to lead a session, every effort will be made to notify the group in advance and the session will be resumed the following week.

  • No. Some participants join while actively dating, others join while preparing emotionally or strategically for the next chapter. Both are appropriate starting points.

  • This is a virtual cohort you can join from the comfort of your own space.

  • Results vary based on where you’re starting. Common outcomes include increased clarity, renewed confidence, better discernment, stronger boundaries, and a noticeable shift in how dating feels and functions. Motivation to show up in new social settings. Improved ability to engage in conversations. Finding new, great people to date.

  • No ethical coaching program can guarantee a relationship. What this program does guarantee is progress: clearer standards, better strategy, healthier patterns, and a more grounded approach to connection.

  • Success is measured by movement. How you think, how you show up, and how capable you feel navigating dating compared to when you started.

  • Because this is a small, intentional group experience, refunds are not officially offered. That said, if after the first three sessions you genuinely feel the group is not the right fit for you, reach out to the host directly. We’ll have a conversation and work toward a fair solution. The goal is for this to feel supportive and aligned, not stressful or transactional.

  • This is a respectful, values driven space. Participants are expected to engage with maturity, kindness, and good judgment. Any behavior that feels inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive to the group may result in removal from the cohort at the discretion of the host. This standard exists to protect the safety, trust, and experience of everyone involved.

  • No. This is a coaching program focused on dating strategy, mindset, and skill building. If you’re navigating unresolved trauma or acute emotional distress, a licensed therapist is the right place to start.

  • Yes. Some participants choose to continue with individual coaching afterward, while others feel well-equipped after the group experience.

  • If you’re thinking about your future and feeling ready to do something differently than you have before, this is likely a good time. You don’t need to feel “ready enough.” You just need to be willing to engage.
